Return

Send us an email at hello@canal-saint-martin.com and explain us causes of your return or exchange. After that, we send you a prepaid form to stick it on your package. You have a 14 extension days from the reception date to return all your order or just a part of it in these (those) terms:
a- The product has to be send back in its origin wrapping allowing it to be sale again
b- You have to add at the package: the bill and/or the delivery note and this return form or the withdrawal form which has to be edit from your customer area
c- Every product damaged or worn won’t be repay
d- If you have received a promotional gift, please add it to your package
